2.  Hotel Opening- Closing Time 

          Bombay Dharamshala opening hours - 5 am to 11 pm in summers 6 am to 10 pm in winters.

3. Reservation and Cancellation:

• Reservation: Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person. A valid ID proof is required at the time of check-in.
• Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. Refunds are processed as per the cancellation policy applicable at the time of booking.

4. Payment Policy:

• All payments are to be made at check-in unless otherwise specified. We accept cash and major credit/debit cards.
• An advance payment or deposit may be required to confirm bookings during peak seasons or for group reservations.

5. Identification:

• Consumption of alcohol is not allowed. Any disturbances caused by alcohol consumption will be addressed accordingly.

8. Visitors:

• Visitors are allowed in the common areas but are not permitted in guest rooms without prior approval. Overnight visitors are not permitted.

9. Noise and Behavior:

• Guests are expected to maintain a peaceful environment. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior may result in charges or termination of stay.

10. Damage and Loss:

• Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property or loss of items during their stay. Charges for repairs or replacements will be billed accordingly.
